Description
In the design of the Bottle Label Shrink Tunnel, the focus is on the application of sleeves and the shrinking of labels on cylindrical containers at high rates. To power the SPS 1540 model, an operator uses three phase 380V/50Hz electricity. For production requirements, the machine processes between 8 000 and 12 000 pieces every hour. It is compatible with packs that measure 150 mm in length and 400 mm in height, which allows for the use of many different container sizes. With a tunnel that is 1600 - 1500 mm long plus external dimensions of 1900 x 600 x 1665 mm, the unit occupies a small amount of floor space. As heat moves evenly inside the tunnel, the labels shrink in a predictable manner. For the balance of energy and operation, the machine is rated at 10 - 12 kW so that shrink cycles are fast but also steady. By using a frame that weighs 250 - 300 kg, the machine remains stable and resists wear over a long period. If the user adjusts the airflow as well as temperature, the film does not warp and the need to repeat the work is lower.
