The container is fed to carousel , The container is held top and bottom in the carousel during the label application process. The labeling is controlled by a continuous/automatic correcting system.The standard wet glue labeller applies labels from a stack to containers at very high speed. It is a technique principally used on rigid packaging, such as glass or durable plastic bottles. Z-Cold glue labeller is a rotary labeller that applies pre-cut labels on cylindrical or shaped containers made of glass, plastic or metal. The cold-glue application unit has a separate drive unit with a servomotor that allows for perfect application at high production speeds.
