Our washing machines are equipped with stainless steel mesh conveyor which comprises the automatic loading arrangement which helps in saving manpower.Process of operation:Bottles to be washed are pushed in the feed tray and then moved to the conveyor belt, which is used to align the bottles in to the accurate position. The bottles are fed into the carrier pocket with the help of guide rails. The oscillating arm transfers the bottle inside the pocket in inverted position over the spray nozzles. The spray jets wash the bottles thoroughly. The carrier pockets move in an indexing motion. The baskets complete their movement, then the needles are lifted. They enter into the bottles and sprays jets of water and compressed air into them. The needles return out of the bottles and baskets move further by one step. Each station of bottles pass through the selected washing cycles.
