Automatic Strapping Machine

Automatic Strapping Machine is designed for reliable box strapping in high-throughput packing lines. In the TP-6000 model by ETSPACK, the machine applies straps to boxes in packing lines where high volume is a requirement. It operates with a power supply of 440V and 50Hz. As the machine cycles every 2.15 seconds, it completes up to 24 straps in one minute. Because the structure consists of iron and has a mass of 260 kg, the unit is strong and heavy. For the strapping process, the user is able to adjust the force between 25 and 700 N. With this machine, the strap widths are between 9 and 15 mm plus the smallest strap size is 6 mm. When operators use the machine, the worktable is at a height of 830 mm. Due to the external dimensions of 1420 x 650 x 1565 mm, the machine fits into conveyor systems that are already in place and remains comfortable for people to use. To accommodate different box sizes, the maximum area for strapping is 800 x 600 mm. If the machine is in use, the seals are regular and tight for shipping but also storage. By using automatic processes, the machine makes manual work unnecessary. And because it increases the rate of output, the packages are stable throughout the production period.
