Bubble insulation (often called reflective bubble insulation or foil bubble wrap) is a versatile, lightweight, and cost-effective thermal barrier used to reduce heat transfer in residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings. It consists of one or two layers of air-filled polyethylene bubbles sandwiched between reflective, metalized, or aluminum foil surfaces.
