A bucket elevator, also called a grain leg, is a mechanism for hauling flowable bulk materials (most often grain or fertilizer) vertically.They are primarily utilized to vertically convey powder bulk solids, such as grains, sugar, sand, minerals, etc. This version works by digging into materials at the boot section and employing high-speed centrifugal force to project materials into discharge throats.They can elevate in all type of weather conditions. They can carry the free flow material or material with poor flow characteristics. Buckets are available in different shapes and sizes and hence can be availed as per your requirements.Three types of bucket elevator types are Centrifugal Discharge, Continuous/ Gravity Discharge and Positive Discharge. This is the most common type of elevator in the field that uses centrifugal force to discharge the product.
