Butt Welding Machine

Butt welding machine is designed to join the rolled sheet together. Both end of rolled sheet is held by different clamp slide housed with welding electrodes. One end of clamping slide is completely isolated from the machine. Two nos of thyristor connected in anti parallel for firing welding supply. Sequence of operation is controlled through a PLC system. Features: Flash, Butting and Hold Times are programmable through HMI. Flash & Butting Currents are adjustable through digital pot. Flash and Butting speed is adjustable through flow control vale. During Welding, Water flow & Tsemperature is ensured.
