C Purlin Roll Forming Machine

The C Purlin Roll Forming Machine is a fully automatic, heavy duty unit that produces mild steel purlins for frames and roofs. It runs on 440 V three phase power, handles sheet up to 750 mm wide plus forms purlins at 8 m/min - one shift yields about 7 tonnes. A hydraulic blade cuts each profile cleanly to length. Push-button controls on the PLC set the length, count the pieces and switch the punch on or off - the same panel also stores the sizes - the operator changes from one purlin size to another without long stoppages.
