Proper alignment of the frame is ensured by matching.Cluth:The clutch is made of the steel alloy, the pin/ rolling key is manufactured from the W.P.S. /EN24 material and the parts are being tempered. It is rigid and well supported. It gives the continuous production.Crank Shaft:Crank Shaft is made up of steel alloy, machine with closed accuracy and fitted in the bushes for smooth working, longer life and accuracy.Adjustable Stroke:The sole feature of the adjustable stroke is that is performed all kind of operations by employing short stroke for blanking for blanking and forming operations.Flywheel:Flywheel is made of high grade cast iron .It is use for storing and releasing energy for the pressing operation and balance for smooth running.Gears:The Gears are made from steel cast. Gear teeth are generated by precision hobbing machine.Ram Slide:RAM SLIDE is made by Seasoning High Grade Casting and Bearing Surfaces Are Hand Scraped.Bed:Bed is made up by high grade heavy duty cast iron, properly seasoned, properly aligned with RAM to achieve high accuracy and precision press operation.Lubrication:Lubrication has been provided for the lubricating the sliding surface and for moving parts.
