Candy Makings Machine

The system is pretty simple. It consists of a spinning head with small holes, a heating element, and a sugar reservoir. When the head is turned on, the heat melts the sugar and pulls it up through the holes. As the sugar cools, it re-solidifies into long strands of candy.Tempering machines (candy equipment) may be batch or continuous. Batch machines produce a single, discrete, large or small batch of chocolate. Continuous tempering machines are more complex but temper chocolate continuously. This makes them more suitable for high volume production.
