Vacuum Batch Cooker is suitable for Candy Batch manufacturing. Now a days Toffee Batch is also prepared in Vacuum Cookers. The material is cooked in upper pan and after cooking the same is discharged into lower pan for vacuum and remove the moisture from the Batch. Pressure cookers make great vacuum chambers because they're readily available, not too expensive, and are strong enough to hold a full vacuum. Pressure pots introduce compressed air into an air-tight sealed chamber to increase the pressure inside, ultimately shrinking and compressing any existing air bubbles inside of resin or silicone to an invisible size depending on the PSI.
