Single Digital Static Charge Field Meter

The Statiron DZ4 is an electrostatic field meter. It is used to locate and measure static charges. It is very compact, pocket size and simple to use. It has the following functions which are operated by pushbuttons: Power on/off, Zero adjustment, Ion Balance and Hold. Use the hold button to retain the display of the reading. It tests for positive and negative polarity up to + 30.00 kV at a distance of 1inch. It has two LED lights which are used to correctly position the field meter from the object. The results are displayed on a LCD monitor. The results are also displayed as bar graphs: positive polarity is displayed as red and negative polarity as blue. It also displays error messages and battery capacity. The field meter can also use air ionization to measure the static charges. For accurate results the field meter is well-grounded.
