Hydraulic Car Elevator

Hydraulic elevators are elevators which are powered by a piston that travels inside a cylinder. An electric motor pumps hydraulic oil into the cylinder to move the piston. The piston smoothly lifts the elevator cab.The hydraulic elevator system is designed to provide vertical transportation for goods and passengers using a piston, a pump, an oil tank, a motor and a valve. A heavy duty lift that's designed to carry vehicles, requires a machine room to house the motor, pump and oil.The hydraulic lift is an elevator which is operated by fluid pressure generated by a suitable fluid. It is used to raise automobiles in service stations and garages. In a hydraulic lift, two pistons are separated by the space filled with liquid.The most important use of hydraulics in cars is in hydraulic braking systems. These systems use brake fluid to transfer pressure onto a braking pad, which then presses onto the axel and stops the vehicle from moving. Some vehicles also feature hydraulic suspension.
