Car Scissor Washing Lift

The Car Scissor Washing Lift lifts cars so staff can wash and service them without stooping or crawling. It raises up to 5 tonnes - it carries family cars, light vans plus small trucks without strain. A 10-litre oil tank feeds the hydraulics - the ram moves the platform up and down smoothly and does not jerk the vehicle. At full rise the deck sits about 5½ feet above the floor leaving enough room for a worker to walk underneath but also rinse the chassis, wheels and sills. The frame is welded from heavy steel plate as well as treated against rust - the lift stays level after years of water, soap and steam. Car-wash bays or service shops can run the lift many times each day - the bearings and seals are rated for constant use. A one year warranty covers parts also labour - if a cylinder or valve fails within that time the supplier repairs or replaces it without charge.
