Foaming machine

As the name implies, a foam machine is a machine that projects foam into an open area. The primary use of a foam machine is to throw a foam party. Foam machine parties are events or gathering where kids and adults play in a giant pile of foam.The rigid foam high pressure polyurethane foaming machine is specially designed for the production of polyurethane products by automatically mixing and pouring polyurethane. The PU foaming machine is compatible with foaming of 141B and complete water foaming systems.The chemical foaming process can be undertaken by two methods. The first method is as follows: A blowing agent is added to a molten polymer and is decomposed to release gas. Then, the polymer is foamed by pressuring and heating, as shown in Figure 4a.
