Auto Flap Carton Sealer

The Auto Flap Carton Sealer folds and seals the top flaps of corrugated boxes automatically within packing lines. It is compatible with boxes that measure at least 130 x 130 x 180 mm and at most 500 x 500 x 600 mm. For operations that move a medium or large number of items, the machine seals at a speed of 20 m/min. If a user operates the FXJ-5050Z / SP 102 TRF configuration, the system requires a power supply of 200 V at 50 Hz. By using 2 - 3 liters of compressed air at 5 bar, the mechanism moves the flaps into a closed position. And for different levels of box strength, the machine uses BOPP or water free adhesive tapes that are 48, 60 or 76 mm wide. With a physical size of 2727 x 950 x (1200 - 1800) mm, the ETSPACK equipment stays in a fixed position during use. In many cases workers integrate the unit into existing carton packing lines without difficulty.
