Cashew Humidifier

Raw cashew nuts are sun-dried in an open yard for 2 to 3 days. The nuts are rolled over on regular basis in order to ensure uniform drying. This process removes excess moisture from the nut.Cashew kernels are graded on the basis of their size, shape, colour. A grade is denoted by two or more alphabets and a number. For eg: WW 320 would mean white whole 320. The kernel will be white or ivory coloured. It will be a naturally whole kernel without any breakages.
