Cement Brick Making Machine

Concrete brick is a mixture of cement and aggregate, usually sand, formed in molds and cured. Certain mineral colours are added to produce a concrete brick resembling clay. Concrete pipe is made of cement and aggregate and cured as above. It is called a concrete block machine when it produces solid concrete blocks. When you use interlocking molds in your production line, it is called an interlocking brick machine.They consist of a stacking arrangement and a hopper where they receive and store new mixture of raw material for the brick manufacture. After that, the material is dosed into the mould to fill it to the appropriate level. The tray, the mould, and the shaker are all vibrated to make it easier to fill each mould.
