Puffer Plate / Puffer Burner

These are used for puffing phulkas which are mainly used in hotels, banquets, outdoor catering. These are generally mounted on roti cum puffer bhatti.Advantages-1) It does not leave black spots on roti which usually happens with cast iron puffer.2) It cuts the cost of RV burner that is mounted below in conventional puffer plate3) It gives nice look to bhatti.4) It is more durable and have long life.
