The Mini Briquetting Machine is one of the offered models of Briquette Making Machines which is a screw type extruder unit, suitable to prepare cylindrical briquettes from charred biomass, coal powder, carbon black etc. The machine has a feeding hopper which is used to feed the raw materials which can be prepared for example by mixing the char with the cow dung along with a predetermined proportion of water. Feeding usually is done slowly. From the feeding hopper the raw material moves towards the outlet end (single / multiple)*, where the opening forms the die through which the briquettes come out continuously. The briquettes coming out from the outlet end are collected into trays and left in the sun for drying purpose. * Please Note: 1 No. of outlet end would be provided in case of 30 mm size briquettes. 2 Nos. of outlet end if required, then each of them cannot be more than 16 mm in size. The choice of the outlet size is to be provided by the Client while finalizing the Order.
