Chemical Process Pump

Process Pumps are used to move fluid in an industrial process. Process Pumps can be any variety of pump types depending on the application. They can be either heavy-duty centrifugal pumps used to pump corrosive or abrasive fluids. Or, they can also be positive displacement pumps.The process pump is a centrifugal pump which is used in chemical processes, e.g. in oil refineries and the petrochemical industry (see Refinery pump). Its design is generally of the back pull-out type. Like chemical pumps, process pumps are used for handling aggressive chemical fluids.
