BP3 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 Stainless Steel full body, made from heavy-duty ISI metals for long service life. It operates on 220V / 415V, 50Hz and supports Single Phase / Three Phase options as per site power. With 3 HP power, the machine delivers approx. 30 kg/hr capacity (material dependent) with around 2.2 kWh power consumption. The machine features a Balanced Beater mechanism fitted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure to reduce vibration and maintain stable grinding during continuous batches. A 3-screen set with all accessories is provided to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For safe operation and load control, BP3 includes an AMP meter with optimal cable setup, helping operators monitor current draw and avoid overload. For installation, an anti-vibration pad can be used, and depending on floor strength and working hours, foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is via a single or double belt & pulley system depending on the model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer across different products. BP3 is suitable for grinding chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering uniform output batch after batch.
