For durability, BP2 is offered in Mild Steel or full SS304 Stainless Steel body, manufactured using heavy-duty ISI metals—making it suitable for both standard and more hygiene-focused applications (SS304 option). The grinding system uses a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintaining steady RPM under load. For fineness control across different masala items, BP2 is supplied with a 3 Screen Set and all accessories, allowing users to select the desired mesh for different products. BP2 is suitable for grinding chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, making it a versatile choice for spice and herbal powder production. The machine includes an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup for electrical load monitoring and safer operation. Installation can be done with an anti-vibration pad, and depending on flooring and usage, a foundation may be recommended. The drive uses a single or double belt & pulley mechanism based on model requirement to ensure smooth power transfer.
