Mill Power BP2 Masala Grinding Machine is a compact, high-efficiency spice grinder designed for small businesses, retailers, and start-up units that need commercial-grade grinding in a smaller output range. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP2 is built for consistent performance, easy operation, and long service life. The BP2 runs on 2 HP power and delivers approx. 20 kg/hr capacity (production depends on spice type, moisture level, and screen selection). With approx. 1.5 kWh energy consumption, it is suitable for daily grinding at lower operating cost. The machine supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase options as required. For build quality and hygiene, BP2 can be supplied in Mild Steel or full SS304 Stainless Steel body, made using heavy-duty ISI metals for durability in commercial use. Grinding is done through a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping maintain stability and smooth operation during continuous running. It comes with a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, enabling mesh-based control of grinding fineness for different masala and herb products. BP2 is suitable for grinding chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, and many other dry masala materials. For load monitoring and safer electrical operation, it includes an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup. Installation is supported using an anti-vibration pad, and foundation may be recommended depending on floor condition and usage intensity.
