The BP7.5 operates on 7.5 HP power and delivers approx. 75–80 kg/hr production capacity (capacity varies based on raw material type, dryness, and screen selection). With approx. 5.5 kWh energy consumption, it is suitable for daily commercial grinding while keeping power usage efficient for its output range. The machine supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase options as per site power availability. For durability and hygiene, BP7.5 is offered with Mild Steel or full SS304 Stainless Steel body, built using heavy-duty ISI metals for industrial performance. Grinding is achieved through a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, which helps reduce vibration and improves grinding stability during long running hours. The machine includes a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, allowing controlled fineness for different spice and herb grinding needs. BP7.5 is suitable for grinding a wide range of materials such as chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, along with other dry masala products.
