Description

CIP is a system of cleaning and sanitising based on circulating chemicals and water without taking the equipment apart (IDF 1979). The first step in the cleaning cycle is a water rinse, followed by a caustic wash to remove most of the organic deposit.CIP reduces employee chemical exposure by containing cleaning solutions within the system. No Vessel Entry – Employees don't have to enter tanks to clean them.
