Semi-Automatic Clay Brick Making Machine

Rajkumar's Clay Brick Making Machine can be run either on a 15 HP Electric Motor or on a 18 HP Diesel Engine. Though the by default brick size is kept in tandem with our Indian Standard brick size i.e. 240 x 115 x 75 MM, we can easily provide different sizes of moulds as per your requirement with a difference of 10 to 15 mm only. The production capacity is around 1,000 to 1,500 bricks per hour. The machine comes along with a Mixer/Mud-pie maker, Mud-pie cutter/Wire Cutter and Mud slicer and a small water pump. The clay brick making machine has an approximate dimension of L = 11 Ft x B= 3 Ft x H = 4 Ft. A total area of approximately 20 x 20 Sq. Ft. can be utilized to well organize the machine operations, while the availability of a shed of 40 x 50 Sq. Ft. or maximum would be a good option for carrying out the plant related operations. 20% of water needs to be added before the clay is put into the machine and the shaft speed would be 65 RPM. The Clay Brick Making Machine can also be attached with a Top Logo / Marka, Mobile Carting Arrangement/ Trolley, Diesel Engine Frame.
