Flame Cutting Machines

Flame cutting is oxygen cutting in which the appropriate part of the material to be cut is raised to ignition temperature by an oxy-fuel gas flame (definition from BS 499:Part 1:1991 Section 7 No. 72 002). Also known as oxy-fuel cuttingThis machine is used for facilitating the process of plasma cutting, wherein electrically conductive materials are cut through using an accelerated jet of hot plasma.Oxy-fuel cutting, or flame cutting, is a thermal cutting technique. It uses oxygen and a fuel source (called oxy-fuel) to produce a flame that is hot enough to burn through different materials. The main advantage is that flame cutters can slice through thick materials.
