CNC Sliding Head Automatic Machine

As a modern type of machine tool controlled by computer numerical programming, sliding head machinery is capable of performing machining operations with extreme accuracy. Sliding head lathes allow the workpiece to move in the Z-axis while the tool remains stationary.In a sliding headstock lathe, the longitudinal feed is not carried out through the tool but through the material (main spindle) itself, giving the workpiece both efficient feed and cutting speed. The clamping system and adjacent guide bush feeds the material bar into the working space of the CNC lathe.
