Coal Handling Plant

Coal handling system in thermal power plant, usually means the technique procedure that coal from loading and unloading outside the factory to boiler Coal Storage. A railway siding line is taken into the power station and the coal is delivered in the storage yard. The coal is unloaded from the point of delivery by means of wagon tippler. It is rack and pinion type. The coal is taken from the unloading site to dead storage by belt conveyors.The material handling process specifically refers to how materials are stored, organized, treated, moved, and otherwise processed on a smaller scale, within a building or from a transport vehicle to a building and vice versa.
