Colloid Mill

colloid mill is used in pharmaceuticals, cosmetic, chemical, food, dairy, paint and confectionary industries.This machine is used for homogenizing, dispersing and mixing of material by comminuting a solid in suspension/liquid to reduce the particle size, or comminuiting a liquid suspended in another liquid to reduce the droplet size. This is done due to conical arrangement and the centrifugal effect of the toothed rotor rotating in a toothed stator at a high speed and thus applying high levels of hydraulic shear to the liquid.
