1 Mm Color Coated Coils

Colour Roof coil coating incorporates specific processes for each type of substrate, has cleaning and pre-treatment processes different for each input variation and a chemical dip surface conversion process-specific again to each metal and substrate coating. PPGL Coil is prepared by combining Zinc Coated Steel Sheets and 55% Aluminum. The resulting product then has to be coated with Organic substances. Finally, it has to undergo a Paint Coating. This step is what results in the term 'pre-painted'.
