Your kitchen exhaust is a fan above the stovetop that removes the airborne cooking byproducts from the air in your kitchen. These byproducts can include grease, rogue spices, fumes, smoke, steam, and heat.The exhaust system collects the exhaust gases from the cylinders, removes harmful substances, reduces the level of noise and discharges the purified exhaust gases at a suitable point of the vehicle away from its occupants. The exhaust system can consist of one or two channels depending on the engine.Normally a kitchen hood is made with a canopy, a suction fan, and some filters in it. The canopy actually sucks all the smoke, steam, grease, and smells that are there in your kitchen. The suction fan helps in pulling in the polluted air from the canopy tray, from where it can be filtered in a way.
