Mill Power BP3 (3 HP) Masala Grinding Machine is a compact, commercial-grade pulverizer designed for consistent spice grinding, controlled fineness, and reliable daily operation. Made by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP3 is ideal for spice shops, small masala units, food businesses, and ayurvedic/herbal processors that need dependable output in a smaller footprint. BP3 is available in Mild Steel (MS) or SS304 stainless steel full body, manufactured with heavy-duty ISI metals for durability and long service life. It supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and can be configured for Single Phase / Three Phase based on your power availability. With 3 HP power, the machine delivers approx. 30 kg/hr production capacity (material dependent) with around 2.2 kWh power consumption. (Motor price is extra and depends on motor brand like Crompton or other make.) For smooth performance and uniform grinding, BP3 uses a Balanced Beater mechanism fitted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, helping reduce vibration and maintain stability during continuous batches. It includes a 3-screen set & all accessories to control particle size and achieve the required masala texture. For safe operation and load monitoring, the machine is equipped with an AMP meter and optimal cable setup, allowing operators to track current draw and avoid overload. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and depending on floor condition and usage load, a foundation may be recommended for best stability. Power transmission is provided through a single or double belt & pulley mechanism depending on model requirement, ensuring dependable torque transfer across different spice and herb materials. BP3 is suitable for grinding all masala items, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, delivering consistent output and batch-to-batch uniformity.
