Mill Power BP3 Masala Grinding Machine is a compact, commercial-grade spice grinder designed for small-to-medium masala production units, retail grinding shops, and startups who need consistent output with low operating cost. Manufactured by Mill Power Pvt. Ltd. (Since 1983 – 40 Years of TRUST), BP3 is engineered for stable performance, reliable grinding quality, and long service life. The BP3 runs on a 3 HP drive and delivers approx. 30 kg/hr capacity (output depends on spice type, moisture %, screen size, and required fineness). With approx. 2.2 kWh power consumption, it is suitable for daily production and batch grinding. The machine supports 220V / 415V, 50Hz and is available in Single Phase / Three Phase options to match your site power supply and motor configuration. BP3 is offered in Mild Steel or SS304 Stainless Steel full-body construction, using heavy-duty ISI metals for strong fabrication and durability. Grinding is done through a Balanced Beater mechanism mounted on an MS heavy-duty fabrication structure, which helps reduce vibration, improves powder uniformity, and supports continuous operation. For fineness control, the machine includes a 3 Screen Set & all accessories, allowing you to adjust mesh selection as per product requirement. This model is suitable for grinding all types of masala, including chilli, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, clove, dry leaves, and ayurvedic herbs, and other dry spice blends. To maintain safe load handling and motor protection, it comes with an AMP Meter & optimal cable setup. Installation can be done using an anti-vibration pad, and foundation may be required depending on floor strength, working hours, and production load.
