PFA Lined Knife Gate Valve (1 Inch)

Knife gate valves form a family of industrial valves designed to meet some specifi c application requirements and challenges. In general, they are designed to handle "dirty or contaminated" media (sludges, slurries, powders, gases with dust etc); conventional valves, on the other hand, handle "clean" media (clean gases and liquids). Typically these valves have either full or nearly full bore ports and most of them also come with short body face-toface ("wafer") dimensions. This minimizes velocities inside the valve body as well as pressure drop across the valve, both useful features to have when handling dirty media.
