Heat-treated to the specifications so as to meet mechanical properties. 2. Ground to close finish, so as to increase life of scrapper rings and packing rings 3. Having fine threads to ensure better locking and clearance adjustments. 4. Non-destructive test like Magnaflux and Ultrasonic are done to ensure quality of the rod. Piston rings, rider rings, rod packing and seals: - 1. Available in various grades of thermoplastics and metals as per the applications and requirements. 2. For lubricated and non-lubricated compressors. 3. Also available as per customer's specifications. 4. High-grade material used to give maximum life to the parts. Compressor piston: - 1. Available in Cast iron and Aluminum alloys. 2. Non Destructive Test done to audit the quality. 3. Lubricated and Non-Lubricated pistons. Air compressor Valves: - We manufacture different type of valves like reed valves, concentric ring valves and channel valves. These valves are engineered to give the best operating efficiency with minimum horsepower. The valves are available for lubricated as well as non-lubricated versions. Channel valves: - 1. Entire range of channel valves for various pressures and valve speeds. 2. Pressures upto 1500 PSIG and speed upto 1200 rpm. 3. Stop plates lapped to give better sealing and airtight joint. 4.
