These crossheads are used in watercooled unit. It is made of individual aluminium alloy casting. Our cross heads are fully machined with proper tolerance to maintain clearance between crosshead and guide (dist piece). The crossheads are having fine pitch to match the thread with piston rod. The pin crosshead is steel material, harden ground & hollow inside for proper oil pressure of unit. both the end of pin is grooved for locking arrangement by retainer ring. Outer surface of pin is drilled on equal distance to match the hole with bronze x-head pin bush. Both the end are closed. One end by cap & the other by plug. It is so ground & perfect tolerance is maintained so as to slide feet in crosshead bore.
