Description
1. Unlimited visit for preventive maintenance during the period of contract. 2. When the client report any problem first level support will be provided through phone & remote if the problem does not resolve then the site engineer will be provided. 3. Remote Support services 24 X 7 X 365 available. 4. Support Timing morning 10 AM to 6 PM. 5. Deliver services on Saturday and Sunday too. 6. Any parts replaced will be with prior approval from Client and will be invoiced at cost to the client. However, client is free to provide the required Parts to the Service Provider. 7. Printer's Software level support services will be provided (Printer installation, any software problems, Connectivity related issues into network/shared printer will be covered in this AMC) 8. Maintain backup using Clients backup facilities. 9. Ensure the minimal downtime for user desktop. 10. Co-ordinate with other IT related service providers for services quality and delivery. 11. Monthly 1 Fixed Visit. 12. Local Networking (LAN) Related Issue is also included in this agreement. 13. Team support available.
