ADDAGE Plast AP 430 is based on Sulphonated Naphthalene Polymers and supplied as a brown liquid instantly dispersible in water. ADDAGE Plast AP 410 has been specially formulated to give high water reductions upto 25% without loss of workability or to produce high quality concrete of reduced permeability. Plasticizer for pumpable concrete on Sulphonated Naphthalene base PROPERTIES Reduces water up to 25 % without effecting the workability. Water reducing significantly improves compressive strengths at all ages and enhances durability through the production of low permeability concrete. Minimizes the risk of segregation and bleeding and assists in the production of a dense close textured surface improving durability. APPLICATION To improve the effectiveness of the water content of a concrete mix. To produce pumpable concrete. To produce high workability concrete without loss of strength. To promote high, early and ultimate strengths by taking advantage of water reducing whilst maintaining workability. To produce high strength, high grade concrete M 35 and above by substantial reduction in water resulting in low permeability and high early strength. To produce high workability concrete reducing little or no vibration during placing.
