Concrete Batch Mix Plant

A concrete plant, also known as a batch plant or batching plant or a concrete batching plant, is equipment that combines various ingredients to form concrete. Some of these inputs include water, air, admixtures, sand, aggregate (rocks, gravel, etc.), fly ash, silica fume, slag, and cement. There are two types of concrete batch plants. There are ready-mix plants and central-mix plants. Ready-mix plants combine all of the materials except for water at the concrete plant. This mixture is put into a concrete transportation truck and taken to the project site where water is added A ready mix plant consolidates all elements apart from water at the concrete plant. This blend is then released into a ready-mix truck, otherwise called a concrete transport truck. Water is then added to the blend in the truck and mixed amid transport to the site.
