Screed Paver

The free floating screed is a device pioneered in the 1930s that revolutionized the asphalt paving process. The device is designed to flatten the material (e.g. concrete or asphalt) below it, which is also known as screed.Screed is a thin layer of material that is placed on top of a concrete subfloor. Usually, screed consists of cement and sharp sand, but where a more industrial version is required, coarse aggregates can be added to create a thicker layer.
