Vertical Band Sealer

A vertical band sealer is made to seal stand up pouch bags. Once contents are placed into the pouch, they can be placed onto the vertical bag sealer conveyor for quick seal and closure. The upright bag sealer features a wide 8 mm air-tight seal for barrier bags or standard pouch bags.Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.What is the difference between a horizontal and vertical band sealer? In a vertical band sealer, bags or pouches are standing upright as they move through the continuous heat sealer elements. In a horizontal band sealer, the bags or pouches are laying down on the conveyor as they move through the sealer.
