Description

By design the Automatic Continuous Pouch Sealing Machine M.S seals preformed pouches horizontally and continuously on semi automatic packing lines. It is capable of moving pouches at speeds between 0 and 16 meters per minute, though it can reach 24 meters per minute. When the machine operates, it creates a seal that is 8 - 10 mm wide. To accommodate different laminate and film structures, the machine maintains a temperature between 0 and 300 °C. For this purpose it uses two heating elements that each use 300 W of power. On the conveyor belt, which measures 840 by 153 mm, the machine supports a weight of approximately 3 kg. As a result it is suitable for pouches that are small or medium in size. With its stainless steel construction, the FRB-770II model runs on electric power using either single phase or three phase configurations. It draws up to 5 kW of power at 380 V and 50 Hz. In its operation the machine processes between 0 and 500 pouches every hour but this number changes based on the size and material of the packs. Due to its size of 840 by 380 by 450 mm, the machine occupies a small amount of space and is easy to place into lines that already exist. If operators use this semi automatic grade of automation, they handle materials less often. And because the machine controls the process, the seals are the same across different production runs.
