Continuous Band Sealer 1

Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.Continuous band sealers operate by having the pouch sealed and conveyed through one or two continuously heated jaws. With a conveyor this results in packaging that is much faster than a bar sealer, as the operator does not have to wait for the seal cycle to finish.
