Continuous Band Sealer

Continuous band sealers operate by having the pouch sealed and conveyed through one or two continuously heated jaws. With a conveyor this results in packaging that is much faster than a bar sealer, as the operator does not have to wait for the seal cycle to finish.A band sealer is a machine which uses heat and pressure to consistently seal pouch packaging in a continuous fashion. All devices feature a conveyor band or roller system to draw the pouches through the machine to apply a consistent heat and pressure forming a airproof, hermetic seal.
