Continuous band sealers can seal a wide range of bags and stand-up pouches of almost any size or length. They are specially designed to seal thermo plastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil bags, gusseted bags, pillow-type bags, and barrier bags.Continuous band sealers operate by having the pouch sealed and conveyed through one or two continuously heated jaws. With a conveyor this results in packaging that is much faster than a bar sealer, as the operator does not have to wait for the seal cycle to finish.
