Band Sealers (often called Belt Sealers) are ideal for high volume packaging and sealing thermoplastic materials like polyethylene, plastic-lined, foil and gusseted bags of almost any size or length. Operating speeds can be set lower or higher without wear to the sealer.Once the continuous band sealer machine is turned, the electro-thermal parts produce heat to quickly heat the top and bottom of the heating block. The sealing part of the plastic bag is placed between the two band belts when the temperature exceeds the temperature of the set on the controller.Induction sealing creates a hermetic seal by passing a capped bottle under the induction sealer in a non-contact process. The system's sealing head produces an electromagnetic field that heats up the foil liner inside the cap. The hot foil in turn melts the polymer coating on the inner-seal.
