Coated Pasta Continuous Drying System

The Pasta continuous lines for the production and drying of short-cut pasta & Long cut pasta from 600 up to 5000Kg/hr have been engineered and manufactured to meet all the customer�s�requirements for easy operation, simplicity and quality of the small-scale plant to be part of a more industrial and automated project that still retains a very valid quality- to-price proportion. � Technical specs of the machines :� � �Single-screw extrusion body equipped with� centrifuge� fan and twin mixing basin for feeding of the total vacuum Extruder.� � Pre-dryer : stainless steel structure, panelling that can be easily opened and cleaned. Heating system by heat exchangers running either by hot water. � Continuous dryer featuring in thermo-resistant, polyester mesh made up of two technological areas equipped with independent climate control ; pre- drying, drying system� and stabilisation areas. The loading and distribution of the product onto the drying mat is made up of a light metal structure and stainless steel mesh driven by motor-vibrators by adjustable as per the� intensity. The heating groups are made of wings exchangers running either by hot water. � Cooler served by high-performance axial fans that draw air from the ambient or - upon demand - through freon evaporators or glycol water running exchangers. Transport of the product is on polyester mat driven by variable speed, independent gear motor.� � Electric control panel equipped with PLC and colour touch- screen, enabling software integration with PC controlled, supervision system.
