Continuous Conveyor Dryer

The Continuous Belt Dryer is a equipment which allows to dry divided products such as wood chips, wood pellets, sadust, cereals wastes, solid wastes e t c. This belt dryer is designed to reduce moisture from early 50 down to 12 or 8%, depending of the product or reduction needed.The term continuous drying is where grain is continuously flowing though a dryer without stopping. The dryer itself has the same features as that of the mixed grain dryer. However, it requires several buffer bins for holding the discharged gram.Conveyor drying uses a perforated belt to transfer feed materials through the dryer. Heated air is either passed under and through, or over and through the belt and product bed before being reheated and re-circulated. Units are normally multi zoned and may have differing airflow's in successive zones.
